Passione (microlots)

– In this line, we dedicate to the production of microplots, in which we seek to extract the best characteristics of our varieties and different terroirs.  This line is for the production of unique coffees.

– Harvest type: manual

– Drying Type: suspended yard and mechanical dryers

– Given its specificity and exclusivity, it depends on the conditions of crop, climate and variety. Subject to availability.
