Our Coffees

-As a result of our passion for the production of specialty coffees, as well as the constant investments in modern equipment and new processing techniques, we have succeeded, year after year, in supplying the national and international market with an increasing quality, as well as a diversity of adjusted products according to the buyers’ demand.

– We currently segment our coffees according to the production process;  Terroir and variety, seeking, whenever possible, the production of microplots, which exalt the characteristics of our production areas and decades of experience of the Vivenza family in the production and sale of specialty coffees.

– It is difficult to indicate, in an absolute way, the processing technique that generates the best coffee, since each consumer market searches for a certain sensorial characteristic (personality), provided by the processes described below.
