Vivace - Cherry Natural

– Prepared by natural process (dry). In this process, after harvesting, the mature grains (cherry) are separated from the green grains and taken directly to the yard for sun drying and subsequently to mechanical dryers.

– Harvest type: Manual and Mechanic.

– Drying Type: cement yards, suspended yard and mechanical dryers.

– Characteristics: Good body and acidity, well balanced; great for espresso and other blends.
